Resources Form: Sales Person Resource Record Does Not Display Address (Doc ID 2362939.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Bills Receivable

Sales Person Resource record for employee does not display Home and Work address

Expect to see the home address for the resource

Enter an employee in HR. Enter a home address for the employee.
Create the employee as a resource using the Import Resource screen from the
CRM Administrator responsibility.
Query up the employee in the Resources screen.

The person's address should be visible under the Misc tab.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Application.
2. Navigate to 

CRM Foundation > Resource Manager > Maintain Resources > Resources
3. In the find form enter the name Baker, Mr. David.
4. Click Find.

In the Resource form click the Miscellaneous Tab and we see that
the address of Baker is not seen

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the resource address
