Actual Behavior
APP-INV-5266 occurs in initialize cycle count items.

Error
APP-INV-05266: No workdays defined for the current year
Action: You must compile the calendar first.

Steps
1) INV(N)Counting > Cycle Counting > Cycle Counts
Create new cycle count
2) In Adjustments and ABC tab, set Option:(Re)initialize in ABC Initialization and save it
3) Concurrent program: Initialize cycle count items is submitted
4) The program fails by APP-INV-5266 error
