ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Difference between cost incurred and cost relieved after creating a new operation.
Steps:
1.Create a job.
2.Complete a few quantities.
3.Create a new operation and attach some resource to the operation.
4.Complete a few more quantities of the assembly.
5.It will be found that there is no resource cost relieved through the second completion
