E-Business Suite R12 User Management (UMX), Workflow and Business Event Registration issues
Using the 'Access Request' feature in User Management (UMX), an access request for a responsibility is requested by a user and then approved by the Administrator.
In the above case the Start Date in the workflow tables is recorded as the date of the access request, and not as the date when request was approved (and the responsibility actually granted).
During a system audit the above issue is identified, preventing the audit from proceeding.
