Goal

Why cannot customer be queried in CRM HTML Administration?

Steps to replicate
---------------------------------------------------
1. Goto responsibility CRM HTML Administration
2. Setup--> Users --> Registration --> User Maintenance
3. Query for user MYUSERNAME and click on Go
  No record found

The same user can be queried successfully in the FND User form in System Administrator.
