R12 Error "oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneTokenException: Hashtable" When Trying To Upload Budget (Doc ID 2363566.1)

Symptoms

Using the 'Edit in Excel' feature to edit a budget in Web ADI. But receiving below error message when trying to upload the budget.

The upload process has completed with the following status:(Note that this upload involved two steps: upload of rows to intermediate staging tables, followed by upload to the final application tables. Upload validation errors can occur in either step)•3 row(s) successfully uploaded to the staging tables.
•Out of the 3 row(s) successfully uploaded to the staging tables, 1 row(s) failed validation.
•An error has occurred while running an API import. oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneTokenException: Hashtable token resolver was unable to retrieve the value within the Hashtable provided for key: x_success_msg

Please select Close to return to the spreadsheet, fix the failed rows and reupload, or contact your system administrator for assistance.
