Symptoms
Outbound XML sent via external system using Out XML Profile does not contain SSStopSequenceNum elements when the Default Mode for the custom Out XML Profile is set to "MIN"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access OTM
2. Go to Actions, Send Outbound Transmission
The Outbound XML does not contain SSStopSequenceNum elements.
