12c BI Publisher Fails To Open Report First Time With Error 'The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator. Unauthorized Access: Either you do not have the privilege, or you have not signed in.' (Doc ID 2363771.1)

 Business Intelligence Publisher 12c Enterprise, User Interface issues




Some reports for BI Publisher 12c version fail for the first run with the following error:

After hitting refresh button, the report is successfully rendered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OBIEE and click on a BI Publisher report.
2. This results in the above mentioned error.
3. When refresh button is clicked, the report is shown properly.
