Symptoms
Business Intelligence Publisher 12c Enterprise, User Interface issues
Some reports for BI Publisher 12c version 12.2.1.3 fail for the first run with the following error:
After hitting refresh button, the report is successfully rendered.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBIEE and click on a BI Publisher report.
2. This results in the above mentioned error.
3. When refresh button is clicked, the report is shown properly.
