Symptoms
When attempting to change Grade info in Assignment Form, the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) HRMS manager responsibility -> People form
2. Query employee -> go to Assignment form
3. Change info in Grade field -> Error is raised -> APP-PER-52156: You cannot update this assignment with these
details. To correct the original problem please query this assignment and reapply your change
