Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When an employee tries to add or update an emergency contact they see the following error:

This &NI_NUMBER already exists

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Responsibility: Employee Self Service

  2. Navigate to Personal Information
     
  3.  Select Contact (either add or edit) > Enter information and attempt to save
