When an employee tries to add or update an emergency contact they see the following error:
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Responsibility: Employee Self Service
- Navigate to Personal Information
- Select Contact (either add or edit) > Enter information and attempt to save
