Some WIP Transactions are not adding rows in MTL_OBJECT_GENEALOGY table
Observe inconsistent behavior regarding creation of rows in the MTL_OBJECT_GENEALOGY table.
The assumption is that all WIP Issue and WIP completion transactions should automatically create rows in this table but it is observed that for many such transactions there are no rows in the table.
Looking to understand why some transactions do not have corresponding rows in this table.
