Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema

Error while submitting charges in Service Request form.

ERROR
-----------------------
This item(LABOR SERVICE CHARGE) is not Installed Base Trackable. For an item to be IB Trackable, the 'Comms_nl_trackable_flag" needs to be set to "Y" for the combination of Inventory item (XXXX) and Inventory Master Organization ID (XXX) passed. Please check the item definition.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service (R) -> Service Requests -> Create Service Requests, query for the SR.
2. Proceed to Charges tab.
3. Click on submit to receive stated error.
