Schedule Ship date is getting stamped

Correct date should be stamped in Ship Confirm transactions in JAI TAX LINES, JAI TAX JOURNAL ENTRIES, GL INTERFACE tables
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a Sales order with future Schedule Ship date
2.Pick release and Ship confirm the same
3.Check the transaction_date in JAI TAX LINES, JAI TAX JOURNAL ENTRIES, GL INTERFACE
