Lines Imported From IDSM For Volume Offers Are Accruing At The Top Tier

Lines imported from IDSM for volume offers are only accruing at the top tier.

Problem Description
------------------------
We have set up a volume offer with 6 tiers and activate the offer. We pass three lines through the IDSM. IDSM batch process runs and all three lines qualify for the offer. Based on the total sales amount, the accrual should be getting the third tier. After the volume adjustment program runs, the accruals are adjusted to the top tier. When checking the account status screen the results show for this customer also state they should be earning at 3rd tier. We are not sure why the volume adjustment program adjusts to top tier. We do not have the prequalifying tier option set for this offer.

Concurrent requests > Run > Third Party Accrual From Resale Table
