Clicking The Diagnostics Button Will Show A Different Request ID

On : 12.1.3 version, Forms for App Technology

When hitting the Diagnostics button for submitted concurrent requests the "Request Diagnostics" screen will popup showing a different request ID.

The pop up "Request Diagnostics" screen should display the same request id that was selected when the Diagnostic button was hit.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download and apply patch 26964782:R12.FND.B: 1OFF:25638181:FNDRSRUN: SYNCHRONIZE COPY REQUEST QUERY_FIND AND LOV BEHAVIOR
2. Submit any concurrent requests
3. Hit the Diagnostic button for any of the submitted concurrent requests.
4. The "Request Diagnostics" screen will pop up and it will display a different request ID.

Note: the same issue has also been observed in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2
