Apply And Add Question Button On Internal Qualification Does Not Refresh The Page (Doc ID 2365184.1)

In Oracle Supplier Lifecycle Management, Release 12.2.6, when creating an assessment and using the Apply and Add Question button, the page does not refresh correctly.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Log in to Oracle Applications, using a Supplier Management Administrator responsibility.
2. Create assessment.
3. Add section and questions.
4. Add question header and description.
5. Click the Apply or Add Question button.
6. Instead of clearing the page for the new information to be entered, the data from the previous page remains displayed on the page.
