Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, General / Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Only one mobile is getting Tasks assigned. Others are not getting tasks

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to assign tasks to mobile user properly in ACC tables

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Task in Enterprise
2. Schedule the Task to a Mobile User
3. check CSM_TASKS_ACC table
