Users are trying to use PO_REQUISITION_UPDATE_PUB for addition of new requisition lines to existing purchase requisitions.

Even though an item is enabled in an organization and enabled for internal orders this error occurs


Error:

Number of Requisition Lines in Error: 1 Item is missing, invalid, or not internally orderable for the purchasing organization.

Cause The item is missing, invalid or not internal-order enabled for the purchasing organization. This is required for a source type of 'INVENTORY'


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------

1. Create a requisition   put an item on it that's not internal ordered

2. Run an insert script to call the API and put a new line on the req

3. Notice the error
