Unable to Reconsider Application when Terminated in iRecruitment and Future Person Type Exists (Doc ID 2365904.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:
When attempting to reconsider Application that is Terminated in iRecruitment when Future Person Type Exists and after applying patch 26475339
the following error occurs

Future Person change exist.You cannot cancel the termination.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility : iRecruitment Recruiter
2.Search for Vacancy : Check Rejected Applicants
3. Select them and Reconsider
4.Submit
5.Error is thrown
