Depot Repair: A Hold Is Applied When Creating Sales Orders From Repair Actual Lines (Doc ID 2366288.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Repair Execution

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a labor line is entered as a repair estimate on the Repair Order and then imported into 'Repair Actuals' it goes on hold when the sales order is created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that a hold will not be applied on sales order lines created from Depot Repair.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create repair order.
2. Enter a labor line and a material line in Estimates tab.
3. Import Estimates into Actuals.
4. One sales order is created for both lines, but the labor line has hold applied.
