Situation can occur for any version of Application Management Pack monitoring Oracle E-Business Suite instance that features Online Patching.

Symptoms

Following ADOP phase=cutover OEM Agent Targets point to EBS $PATCH_BASE targets

OEM targets display "Status Pending (Post Blackout)" after an Oracle E-Business adop cutover cycle is completed.

Changes

An ADOP patching cycle, including cutover completed on the monitored instance.
