(Doc ID 2366602.1)
Last updated on FEBRUARY 06, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Depot Repair - Version 12.1.3 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Attempting to create an Internal Move Order (IMO) in Depot Repair results in error.
The expectation is to perform ONLY move orders between Sub-Inventories which are inside the same Inventory Organization.
In other words, perform sub-inventory transfers only from within Depot Repair.
Error:
java.lang.NullPointerException
ORA-01403: no data found in Package INV_MATERIAL_STATUS_GRP Procedure get_lot_serial_status_control
Creation of Internal Requisition has failed. Please check the concurrent program log for Requisition Import program for more details.
Steps:
(R) Depot Repair Manager
(N) Repair Workbench > Logistics Tab > Internal Move Orders
The Java error seems to occur when a locator sub-inventory is selected and no locator details are entered.
However the error happens even when the sub-inventory is not locator controlled and stock exists in both source and destination - and both sub-inventories are usable.
What is Working:
Move Orders can be created without errors via the Inventory forms.
