When Opening Large Attachments In Mobile Approval App Screen Freezes and User has No Indication of What is Happening (Doc ID 2366701.1)

When opening  large attachments that are are attached to Approval notifications, its freezes the Mobile Approvals App.   The issue occurs with attachments that are over 7 mb and occurs for iOS or Android.   The opening of the attachment is  taking  approximately 4 minutes and during this time the application freezes and becomes unresponsive.   The  user can do nothing else during this time and has no indication of what is happening on the mobile device.
