Error in the file "pypqpassgattrcodtrg.ldt" when applying the patch (Doc ID 2366796.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When applying the patch , the following error might occur.

- adpatch log

FAILED: file pypqpassgattrcodtrg.ldt on worker 1.

- adworker001.log

Uploading from the data file XXXX/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/pypqpassgattrcodtrg.ldt

Error loading seed data for PAY_TRIGGER_EVENTS: TE_SHORT_NAME = PQP_ASSIGNMENT_ATTRIBUTES_F_ARD, ORA-24344: success with compilation error
Error loading seed data for PAY_TRIGGER_EVENTS: TE_SHORT_NAME = PQP_ASSIGNMENT_ATTRIBUTES_F_ARI, ORA-24344: success with compilation error
Error loading seed data for PAY_TRIGGER_EVENTS: TE_SHORT_NAME = PQP_ASSIGNMENT_ATTRIBUTES_F_ARU, ORA-24344: success with compilation error

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Apply the patch(Ex:Upgrade patch:6678700)
