Country Value in the Address is getting changed in the Review Page

When we add "Home Country Address" from Employee Self service , after selecting the country in Create page as 'XXXX' and click on "Next" button shows the next value in the LOV in Review page.
Ex: Select "India" for Country in Enter New Address page and click on Next button to go to Review page there it shows Country as "Iceland" which is the next country in the list.
This happens consistently for any value chosen in the LOV.
1. Employee Self Service -> Personal Information
2. Create or Update Address
3. Select a Country and fill the segment values
4. on Clicking Next the Country Value gets changed.
