TeleService: Service Request Charges - Error Message "This item (xxxxxxx) is not Installed Base Trackable" (Doc ID 2366914.1)

Symptoms

While submitting Charges from Service Request form, it is throwing the following error:

ERROR
-----------------------
This item (xxxxxx) is not Installed Base Trackable.
For an item to be IB Trackable, the 'Comms_nl_trackable_flag" needs to be set to "Y" for the combination of Inventory item (yyyyyy) and Inventory Master Organization ID (zzz) passed.
Please check the item definition.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Application and navigate to Service responsibility
2. Create a Service Request
3. Navigate to Charges tab and add a charge line with the Item having the issue
4. Select the charge line created and submit the charges

=> Error occurs.
