Contact Email Address Disappears After Saving on Service Contracts Authoring Form

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Authoring

Contact Email in a contract gets saved but disappears later.

After adding the email address of a contact in contract, this is correctly displayed in Contract Module as well as in Contact Centre module. However, after Save in Contract Module - or moving from that particular contract Parties Tab to another one say Pricing - the Email disappears from the Contact.

Contact email once saved should be displayed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a customer contact on authoring form and save.
2. Navigate to any other tab and come back. Email address has diasppeared

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot provide contact details on contracts.
