Symptoms

On : 12.0.6 version, Accounting
When attempting to run the 'Accrual Reconciliation Load run program', it completes with
the following error occurs.

ERROR
EXCEPTION FND_API.g_exc_error IN accrual_load
l_stmt_num :5
x_msg_count:0
x_msg_data :
accrual_load - l_err_status:E
accrual_load - l_err_count :0
accrual_load - l_err_data :
EXCEPTION OTHERS in Load_ap_po_data 75 ORA-00001: unique constraint (BOM.CST_RECONCILIATION_SUMMARY_U1) violated
Load_ap_po_data API fails with x_msg_count : 1

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Run the concurrent program ''Accrual Reconciliation Load run'
3. It completes with the above error.
