UPK: Not Able To Launch PDF Documents from "Print It! " Button

Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.0 version, Client,   We re not able to "PRINT" pdf documents from "Print It! " button
 

ERROR

Error: Failed to load PDF document.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Player
2. Launch PrintIt!
3. Click PDF
