Several Employees Showing The Wrong Scorecards After Updating the Eligbility Profile In Per_objectives Table.

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After creating a new Performance Management Plan and Publishing the new plan, some of the employees are receiving objectives intended for other employees. After correcting the Eligibility Profiles and using the User Interface to remove the Objectives not intended for those employees the Employee records from the back end still shows the objective details in per_objectives tables. When using the following script you can see all objectives even the ones remove from the employee from the User Interface:

select * from per_objectives , per_personal_scorecards where per_objectives.start_date = '01-JAN-2018' and
per_objectives.scorecard_id = per_personal_scorecards.scorecard_id
and per_objectives.scorecard_id = '4819';

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The back end will only show the Objectives that are actually assigned to the employee.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HR Professional V4.0
2. Performance Management
3. Publish the Plan.
4. Remove the extra objectives assigned to the employees.
5. Review individual employee records in the DB multiple objectives that should not be part of the record are shown.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the maintenance department are not getting the correct objectives.
