Emails are not visible in Unknown folder from Supervisor UI

Email Center visualization issue in Supervisor UI

Email Center supervisor want to see total emails in queue by clinking against account total hyper link

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Email Center Supervisor -> Account -> Summary
and page is 'Current Email Volume Activity'
Clicking on '+' of th the column Account/Classification we can see the submenu and clicking on the number link shown in the column 'Emails in Queue' the emails are correctly shown except the 'Unknown' link
