Symptoms
On : 12 version, Customers Module, Unable to Reactivate Customer Business Purposes
Created customer with the following characteristics:
* One Account
* One Site
The Site is associated with the following Business Purposes: (site uses)
* Bill To
* Install At
* Ship To
The Account was inactivated and subsequently reactivated. The three business purposes remained with the status of Inactive. For each business purpose, the Restore icon was clicked, but the purpose remained Inactive. The Business Purposes will not Reactivate.
The Restore button should set the Business Purposes back to Active
