Symptoms

After applying <patch 27503529> - 2017 Affordable Care Act (ACA) Phase 2 Patch, the process Benefits ACA Transmission XML Generation Process fails with the following error:

Generating manifest XML for xml rep action:114
 l_hash from BEN_REP_FILES TABLE:
  null data found for mandatory tag:irs:ChecksumAugmentationNum
  Successfully generated Manifest XML :
  Update Archive Data Start :2018-02-21T12:11:06
  updating ben rep person actions:
  ben rep person actions update done fore records:
  ben rep person actions update done:
  Update Archive Data End :2018-02-21T12:11:23
invalid data found in xml
Transmission XML Generation Failed:
ORA-20001: :


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.
3. Submit the Benefits ACA Transmission XML Generation Process.

Error occurs on the log file.
