Read-Only Customer Form Erroring With Message "You Have Insufficient Privileges .." (Doc ID 2368042.1)

Goal

You have created multiple responsibilities for Accounts Receivables that are Read Only.  On the Receivabes > Customer form, users having a read-only responsibility will get the following error message: "You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator." 


What is missing in the "Inquiry" form menu definition to allow displaying the entire information for users having only that responsibility?
