E-Business Suite12.2 Applications Technology Stack, Weblogic Server related issues

After cutover is completed the NodeManager port is not updated in the Weblogic console, even when the default NodeManager port is not in use.

This results in the Node Manager services not starting in the WLS console, due to incorrect an port configuration in Config.xml file.
