Cannot Select "Locale" in "Final Netting Report" in National Language Support (NLS) Session

Symptoms

User cannot select some "Locale" in "Final Netting Report" in National Language Support (NLS) session.

Example:

  1. User log-ins to EBS in Japanese (NLS session)
  2. User cannot select "Japanese:Japan" in Locale field in View Netting Report widow.
    -> User cannot run "Final Netting Report" in Japanese.

  3. On the other hand, user log-ins to EBS in English.
  4. User can select "Japanese:Japan" in Locale field in View Netting Report widow.
    -> In this case, user can run "Final Netting Report" in Japanese.
