Command Center Full Load Graph Failed For PO

Symptoms

An error occurs when trying to access data in BWC, Command Center.
Performed createpayload.pl in EBS and applied the patchEid.sh in Endeca server to copied lars.
We still see the same error in the po-p full load graph in clover and also in "Command Center" screen.

Similar to the following bug:
<Bug 24803463> - FULL LOAD GRAPH FAILS FOR PO-PROC-SUP - ORA-01476 ORA-06512
Fixed:
poeidattrs.ldt 120.0.12020000.75
POPPAPIB.pls 120.0.12020000.162

Patch is not available anymore.
Customer has:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Got to Purchasing > BWC
2. Click on "Command Center" tab
3. See no information error:
