AGIS: User Is Able To Delete A Submitted AGIS Batch Prior To Re-query Batch After Submitting It

Batch Status is not refreshed after submitting AGIS batch.
User is able to click delete icon after submitting AGIS batch and it will show confirmation message "Batch XXXX was deleted.".
But the batch is not deleted.
