Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Work Execution

When adding description item in Update mode, unable to see it after pressing Save

Expect to see the items

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintenance Self Service responsibility
2. create work order
3. add direct item and save
4. observe it is not shown
