12.2 E-Business Suite Workflow Notification Subject In The Workflow Worklist Does Not Wrap For Long Subject Titles

E-Business Suite 12.2 Workflow, Workflow Mailer Outbound Processing Notifications issues
Users report the Workflow notification subject line does not wrap correctly in the Workflow Worklist when the subject title is long.
Because of this the Action / Response buttons are pushed to the extreme right after the end of the Subject.
Users now need to scroll to the extreme right of the notification to respond or to view the details in the table regions in the notification message.
In R12.2.6 instance the workflow notification subject should wrap around if the title is long.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a notification with a long subject.
2. Confirm the title does not wrap for the longer title text strings.
