12.2 Unable To Autocreate Deliveries From Shipping Transactions From, Invalid Object: WMS_YMS_INTEGRATION_PVT

Symptoms
On : 12.2.3 version, Shipping Transactions form
After applying patch 22105620:R12.WMS.C, the following error started to occur in the Shipping Transaction Form.
Customer has an invalid Yard Management Object of WMS_YMS_INTEGRATION_PVT.
Customer has no plans of using Yard Management.
Apps check shows that Yard Management is NOT installed.

Researching shows that there is some dependencies but since it occurred after applying the WMS patch and it is a WMS/YMS invalid object causing the issue as noted in this bug:
Bug 21898901: WMS_YMS_INTEGRATION_PVT INVALID OBJECT IN AZ2MU22
which is for the same issue as this customer is reporting
When attempting to autocreate a delivery, the following error occurs.

Error: Failed to autocreate deliveries in organization "xxxxxxxx" IO
Unexpected Error: Error in Routine
WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS_ACTIONS.ASSIGN_DELIVERY_DETAIL, Oracle Error - 6508
ORA-06508:PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called

Error: Deliveries could not be automatically created. The lines may already be assigned to a delivery
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping
3. Transactions
4. Query order
5. Select autocreate delivery from Actions LOV
