On : 12.1 HRMS RUP10 version, Appraisals

In Performance Management application for completed appraisals appraisee's details (like Name, Job, Department)
are not being shown when employee assignment was terminated and rehired.

In completed appraisals employee name and other personal Information should be appear correctly for terminated and rehired employees.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in application
2. Select Self-Service responsibility
3. View Completed Appraisal for terminated and rehire employees
