Tax amount should be consistent at Sales order and ship confirm.

1. Created a sales order with line having Item which is LOT controlled.
2. Customer is applying tax of tax rate type - UNIT_OF_MEASURE_ADHOC having UOM as Carton.
3. Tax amount got derived as per the sales order as follows:
UOM : CTN , UOM rate : 5 , Tax amount : 500 QTY: 100

4.Booked the sales order, pick release is done and order is ship confirmed.
5.Found at the India tax details form on delivery, UOM rate got multiplied with QTY and got derived as 5382.
At Shipment line, UOM is coming as 'KG' and taxes form is showing as follows: UOM as CTM, QTY: 1076.4 Tax amount : 5382
