On : 12.2.4 version, Timecard API

Severe Performance issue while submitting the timecard via Self Service or API.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Self Service Time >
2. Create Timecard >
3. Submit Timecard >
Performance issue Occurs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit card. For each timecard, customer is waiting for long time.
