Seeing following error in oacore_server logfile
Exception in static block of jtf.cache.CacheManager. Stack trace is: oracle.apps.jtf.base.resources.FrameworkException: IAS Cache initialization failed. The Distributed Caching System failed to initialize on port: 12410.
