Work Order Completion Page Times Out After Patch 26674909:R12.EAM.C

After applying patch 26674909:R12.EAM.C, PM work orders cannot be completed due to page timing out when completing work order.
The issue is happening with only PM work orders. No issues with completing regular work orders.
PM work orders should be completed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PM Work order in the Maintenance Work bench and note the work order number
2. Navigate to Maintenance Super User and select Org.
3. Navigate to Work orders.
4. Query PM Work Order
5. In the drop down select Complete Work order and click on Go.
6. Click on Apply. Page hangs.
