Symptoms

On 12.2.5 version when running PO Output for Communication error occurs

"PoPDFExceptionoracle.apps.po.communicate.PoPDFException: PO_PDF_XML_FAILED
oracle.apps.po.communicate.PoPDFException: PO_PDF_XML_FAILED rolling back the complete program"


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run PO Output for Communication program (either manually or via Purchase Order Workflow)
2. Program errors
