Symptoms
When attempting to update the source_serial_number on a booked item the following error occurs.
ERROR

Product transaction line status is: &PRODTXN_STATUS, so value can not be changed for attribute: &ATTRB.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the line using the API CSD_LOGISTICS_PVT.Update_Logistics_Line
