Table Type DFF Value Sets Were Not Restricted To Be Downloaded to MFS Client, Which Causes Performance Issue. (Doc ID 2370660.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Client is not able to complete the initial login/installation for MFS client.
Frequently they are getting: 'Unable to locate server. Please try after some time'

When checking the sync details table and it was found the download process was stuck at Flexfield PI. And each mobile user had about 250K records in CSM_TABLE_FLEX_VALUE_ACC

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect less results in csm_table_flex_value_acc and avoid the performance issue

STEPS
1. create tasks in Enterprise
2. Do a sync in MFS mp.
