Unable to rearchive employee ACA information
Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to US Super HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to Total Compensation > Affordable Care Act > View Employee Archive Data
3. Search for a person
4. Click on 'Rearchive'
5. ACA information does not get rearived
